Why Cambodia Reils ...?

In many countries are not allowed to accept foreign currency in public and if we want to buy things, we need to exchange to their local currency.

But for Cambodia, why some places don't accept Cambodian currency ( reils )? there are many questions on this issue.

Please share your ideas and what should Cambodian government do to improve this public service...
