Smart Mobile to allow top-ups with ABA Bank

SMART Mobile has concluded an agreement with ABA Bank to allow mobile top-ups through its ATMs and internet-banking system. Smart has similar existing agreements with ANZ Royal and ACLEDA Bank, as well as mobile transfer service WING.
